Quarter 4 is here!

The free ACT will be held on April 9th. Please make every effort to attend. Many colleges will expect a score to be on file. We have yet to learn of a college in the US that prefers the SAT vs ACT so this can be a one and done requirement! Sleep well, layer up, bring water, a calculator, and a snack for break time. Leave the phone home please.

Junior to Senior Registration Presentation were Jan 14th and 15th

Junior Credit Checks were through in-person US History Jan 21st and 22nd--all juniors without an in-person US History should have seen their counselor Jan 23rd

Registration closed Feb 13th. Once the student and counselor met the counselor locked in all requests and a parent/student cannot change without emailing the counselor.

Your counseling department met with all juniors through their in-person English class August 13th and 14th to present the Junior Unit. If the student does not have an in-person English class, they were asked through their counselor's Google Classroom to join any of the scheduled presentations. Constant news:

All juniors will take the Civics exam this year through your American Arizona History class. Mr. Unger is the coordinator. Here is a link to a practice exam:

As soon as you struggle in any class, ask your teacher when their tutor times are. Don't wait until you are feeling lost before you reach out. You should look at your grades every Wednesday in Infinite Campus. If you see a discrepancy, talk to your teacher immediately. Get involved and be your best you this year! It is a great time to be a bear! The club fair was August 20th and 21st under the breezeway between the C and F buildings. Consider running for office this year so show leadership!

Infinite Campus Portal

Parents can view their student's schedule in the Infinite Campus portal. Students were sent an email giving them a temporary ID. Number and password in the event they cannot remember the password they chose last year.

Username: S+IDnumber

pw: s+IDnumber!

Student Grade Access

How to check your student's grades:

All students need to reset their Infinite Campus portal access code each year.

Step 1: enter user ID, S123456 (s and their personal student ID number)

Step 2: enter password, s123456! (! after their ID number and s must be lower case)

--Criteria for password is 8 letters with number(s). Please choose a password student will remember.

Also, register on Inifinite Campus so that students may reset their own passwords if needed.
