Support Groups

This quarter, we will have support groups focusing on anxiety and stress. It will be psychoeducational and there will be 8-10 students in each group. Students will be able to make connections with their peers that are having similar feelings. We will discuss triggers, symptoms, and how to cope with them. It's a co-ed group and we will meet once a week for 45 minutes. Please contact Nicole Sagman via ParentSquare for details.
